Life can be the fullest of happiness. 🌕 But then something creeps in as it brings a little darkness. 🌖 And then that darkness begins to grow. But you are still okay. Until . . .🌓 That darkness spreads even more, taking more of the joy and hope that was there. 🌒 And in the end, no light. Just sadness and depression wrapped up in mental fatigue.🌑

Oh, but do not give up or lose hope. Life has a way of slowly but surely bringing back some light. 🌒 It might be small at first but then 🌓 And then.🌖 And then.🌕

Ourselves. Sometimes. But without our direct honesty, things that need to change will not change.

As long as we incorrectly blame outside sources for our miseries, it remains impossible to do so much about them. However, if we realize that we upset ourselves over the things that happen to us, we can work at changing. The first step is to ask: Exactly how did I manage to upset myself? Doubt. Determination. Decision.

Are you the master of your doubt? Or is your doubt the master of you?

We will all experience doubt sometimes in our lives, but we must determine not to let it overpower us, causing us to make wrong decisions in our lives. It will take effort, practice, prayer, and patience to not let our doubts swing us in negative directions.

We must be willing to put in the effort. Ranting and raving will not do. Affirmation and not only thinking but believing that you are better than your doubt is a must.

We must practice putting and remembering those positive thoughts that will help us overcoming our doubts.

Pray. I believe in the power of prayer, and I do it daily. We have to pray and ask God for help in overcoming our doubts.

Patience. We have to be patient in reaching that goal of not letting our doubts get the better of us. Even when we feel that things are not changing, that we may have failed because nothing seems to be happening, we MUST continue to put in the effort, practice, and praying into our patience while we battle our doubts and gain a victory.
